1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access nk44 gaming services, you must create a registered Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address and a means of identity verification where requested. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on nk44. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under your own name or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify nk44 immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. nk44 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account use attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

nk44 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and documentation relating to payment methods used. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements may result in withdrawal holds or Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Funds may be deposited to your nk44 Wallet using supported local payment methods, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX instant bank transfer. All deposits are denominated in MYR. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. nk44 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. nk44 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. nk44 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on nk44 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals by nk44 directly, though your payment provider may apply their own exchange or conversion fees independent of nk44.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

nk44 offers promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• nk44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where misuse, exploitation, or abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering conditions are satisfied.
• Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on nk44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms and game-specific rules, game-specific rules will prevail for that product. nk44 reserves the right to void bets where:

• A technical error or system malfunction has affected the integrity of the game or event outcome.
• Odds or prices were posted in error (palpable errors).
• There is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or collusion.
• Bet placement was made by an ineligible user.

Decisions by nk44 regarding voided bets are final. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Wallet. No additional compensation is payable for voided bets.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of nk44 are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Using automated bots, software, scripts, or other mechanisms to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates the concealment of illicitly obtained funds through the Platform.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to nk44 support.
• Using the Platform in a manner that causes technical disruption, excessive server load, or harm to other users.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nk44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of nk44 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from nk44.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. nk44's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits nk44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

11. Privacy

nk44 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at nk44.app/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. nk44 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed for purposes including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

12. Responsible Gaming

nk44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are grounds to believe these Terms have been violated, or where required for the safety, integrity, or legal compliance of the Platform. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC completion and verification that the funds were not derived from prohibited conduct.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting nk44 live support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to nk44's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction.
